Our first 2 full weeks of school are now done and everyone is settling into school and routines (some are adjusting better than others!). Cam started Cubs tonight with 1st Abbotsford and is so excited about their first planned camp in 2 weeks. Sarah is doing alot of dancing and is enjoying a new genre of Lyrical. It is perfect for her, a combination of ballet and modern with a flare of drama queen thrown in....perrrrfect!
Tomorrow is their first pro-d day and we are making plans to hang together. The last week has been lacking in family time but we've all pitched in and helped Renee (and Wayne) get through a tough time. We are going to spend the day getting Halloween costumes organized and maybe even go out for lunch.
I have had the amazing help of Rowena for the last couple of Thursdays. She specializes in organizing people; their lives, homes and time...all things that I need! Check out her website at www.gettingittogether.ca . I now have a very, very tidy office with a place for everything, and everything in it's place (what a novel idea!!).
I'm studying again for the last section of my CSP, Human Resources, that I will write in Troy, Michigan next Wednesday. So, I'm flying to Toronto on Tuesday and driving 300kms to Troy that afternoon and then writing at 8am on Wednesday morning. I'll fly home on Wednesday afternoon after my long drive back from Troy to Toronto. This will be the end of my CSP and then I'll have the designation and be able to ask for more money at work....yeah right....twice as much of nothin' still gonna be nothin'!!
Bye for now!

Finally!
We have finally started our blog with our first post! This will keep family and friends, near and far, updated on what is going on in our lives. The wide world of the web reigns once again. If you can't beat 'em join 'em!
Come back and read about our summer. It's been a summer of amazing adventure and I'll post pics of them all really soon.
Cheers,
Diane
